Rain...Rain...Go AWAY!

and the heat and humidity too please! Last night Farmtown got hit hard by rain and winds. We didn't hear the sirens go off {yet according to the news they went off twice, we heard the second time}when the worst was hitting. It poured and poured and sounded like our windows were going to bust in! We lost power for about an hour. Then this morning on the news they were reporting damage and said the worst hit in an area at 193rd and pilot knob! I rushed in to tell Darryl as we live at 195th and pilot knob! A roof blew off a house in that area, trees down everywhere, siding off houses....basically a mess. Bad flooding in Lakeville as well. Tomorrow the heat and humidity are supposed to break after having basically the whole month of August in the 90's and very humid too. We are all looking forward to a little breather! Anyways, since I couldn't take pics outside for my weekly post...took some inside.
Hope everyone has a great weekend. We are spending the weekend with Darryl's parents and his family as his parents head back to NV on Monday. Should be a great weekend. I will try and remember my camera to take some pics of the girls!
