{our low key weekend}

Hello friends...Another Monday has come and gone. I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes this morning in traffic....horrible fatal accident on one of the main freeways. My usual alternative route, was apparently that of many, many others! So, now a great way to start off the week! Fortunately, it was an in-service day today, so no kiddos.
Our weekend was great. Low-key, non-eventful, but sometimes those are perfect. Darryl took Brylee to the Halloween Spooktacular at Lifetime, and Brittyn and I headed to the MOA.
Yesterday, we went to my parents for lunch and Colby was there as well. We actually met Colby for dinner on Wednesday night in St. Paul to celebrate my baby brother's 21st birthday! I can't believe he is 21, which just reaffirms that I am getting older and am becoming more out of touch with the young, hip, cool crowd!
Anyhoo...it was good to see Colby as he is settling nicely into his mortuary science major {still a bit creepy for me...not gonna lie}, but he is happy and someone needs to do this weird job...right?

what can i say....LOVE these people! {They are some of my very favorites in the whole world}. Their session did not disappoint. I love when the vision in my head comes to life in photographs. Caeden,  Noah, and Lucy were such great sports and they are just the cutest!
My favorites...so hard to narrow it down.
