busy bee

Another summer week has come and gone. This week I met up with some old high school friends for lunch, we all attended Miss Paige's b-day party at Pump it up, visited with my friend Alicia, went to the pool, ran errands, got Brylee's 2nd haircut, and picked G'ma, Dappa Dappa, and Colby up from the airport from their vacation in Orlando and their Bahamas cruise. Needless to say we have been keeping busy. It has been hot here once again, but it looks like this week we will get a well deserved reprieve...upper 70's/low 80's...PERFECT weather! Yesterday afternoon Brylee wanted to give her bike a try again...she gets frustrated when anyone tries to help her {miss independent}, although she doesn't quite get the pedaling concept. She also tried out her baseball skills...I think we need to work on that more as she hits the ball with the wrong end of the bat! Darryl tried showing her and she threw an all.out.fit. in the front yard. We both were cracking up because....well, it was quite funny!
