outside time

This afternoon Brylee and I headed out with the wagon to the park. I parked under a tree, unbuckled the energy-filled baby, and off she went...exploring, giggling, and loving life! We also stopped to swing before heading home {her favorite}. Here are some pictures from this afternoon.

Darryl got me a new lens for my b-day...for close-up shots. I still have a lot to learn and was just playing around with it this morning...so they aren't yet spectacular, but I can see the potential! Today we are heading to the Lifetime pool this afternoon and then dinner tonight with my family at Oak City. Yesterday, Darryl surprised me with a segway tour of Minneapolis. I had been wanting to do it! We looked a little dorky in our helmets, but we still had a great time! After the tour we headed next door to the restaurant Pracna...we ate there last year for my b-day too...I love that place. Then we decided to catch a movie at the St. Anthony Main theatre. We saw Day and Knight...a great summer flic.

 I am so lucky to have such great family and friends. Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes and gifts, they are much appreciated. Now some pics of my favorite subject!
