Brylee was a spotted dog this year for Halloween. She looked so darn cute in her costume! We had fun taking pictures and going trick or treating at the Mall of America. It was a zoo at the mall, but fun to see all the costumes!

Over MEA (MN teacher's workshops) this year I went with some girlfriends to Las Vegas! We were all celebrating turning 30 (except one of us). It was awesome! We had so much fun and the main highlights were: hanging out at the pool, shopping, walking through different hotels, hitting up the clubs (Coyote Ugly in NY NY hotel, Tryst in the Wynn, and Lavo in the Palazzo), eating, and just hanging out. It was just what I needed. Plus, the 90 degree weather was a very welcome change!! I only gambled $5, and of course I lost. But, I figured I needed to gamble if I went to Vegas! It will definitely be a trip to remember thanks to great friends and great memories!

Apples and Pumpkins

Today we went to the Apple Orchard (Emma Krumbee's). It was very cold!!! There was dusting of snow when we woke up this morning, but that didn't last long. However, the frigid October temps and wind did! So, we all got bundled up and enjoyed our time. We wish it was nicer so Brylee could have enjoyed the orchard more. Brylee got her 2 bottom teeth last week! So, now we get to deal with more drooling! :) Fun stuff!
She is also quite the little entertainer.... I am not sure what Darryl and I did in the evenings before Brylee?!
