We were fortunate enough to be able to travel to NV this year to see Darryl's parents, Jim and Reda for the holidays. We were there from December 29th-January 2nd. Although, our trip was on the shorter side, we were able to do many fun things. We celebrated Christmas with them when we arrived on the 29th. We received great gifts again for ourselves and baby Bushard! We also traveled to Virginia City and Lake Tahoe, while enjoying the many casinos too!

Darryl and I had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day at my parents and were able to spend new year's eve and day with Darryl's parents in Nevada. We received many wonderful gifts for us and baby! Darryl is in the running for husband of the year, as he bought me 5 hours worth of massage (1 hour for the next 3 months, and a 30 minute massage the last 4 weeks of the pregnancy)! He also gave me a wonderful baby photography package, including 4 sessions throughout her first year for our anniversary.

Gifts aside, it was great to see family and friends over the holidays...and for us to have a break from work. I had 2 full weeks off, and Darryl got to enjoy 1 week off.
